I've been waking up at 5 am for about three months now. No, I was not a morning person at all. I love to sleep... I mean, who doesn't? I always have a hard time waking up early until one day something unexpected happened. My team came up with this brilliant idea of having a BOOK CLUB. The idea was to read ONE book every 2 weeks and our very first book was THE MIRACLE MORNING by HAL ELROD.
This book talks about the importance of creating a morning routine and setting up your day and mindset for success ! I read this book in 12 days. I was hooked with this book. I liked it so much that THANKS to this book I can wake up at 5am and do my fasted cardio and my personal development. How crazy is that? Yes, I know it does sounds crazy lol but you should read this book and you should put in practice these tips!
A LOT OF PEOPLE ask me, Kiki, How can you wake up so early? I wake up at 5 am thanks to these tips from The Miracle Morning Book:
*Read The miracle morning bed time affirmations. *Write down your plans for tomorrow. *Go to bed with positive thoughts! Your last thought at night is usually the first thought you're gonna have in the morning! So stay positive! *Put your alarm across your bedroom! Because you will have to get up from the bed to turn the alarm off. This is going to avoid the "snooze button" *Drink a glass of water *Take a shower or put on your workout clothes. *Wash your face. *Brush your teeth
READ The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. You're going to love it!
