Why meal prep is so important? Pretty simple. PREPARATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.

Having your meals ready is the PERFECT way to keep you on track!

*YOU WON'T HAVE ANY CHANCES TO EAT UNHEALTHY FOOD

*YOU WILL SAVE TIME, because it's already cooked

*YOU WILL EAT THE CORRECT AMOUNT of food, because when you're hungry and there's NO food ready you want to eat pretty much EVERYTHING... trust me, I KNOW ;)

CHOOSE A DAY to prepare your meals of the week, you will see a huge difference!

There's a lot of people that meal prep all their food, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. IN MY CASE, I only prep LUNCH for 4 to 5 days. I do not freeze my food. I always put them in the fridge.

HERE'S AN EXAMPLE.

Lunch for 5 days

1/2 cup of brown rice

1/2 cup of ground turkey with peppers

1-2 cups of raw broccoli

3 eggs
